First and Third Saturday 5:15-6pm

Tumbling Barre: Light Cardio, Stretching, and Building Lean muscles with Intrinsic exercises using a Ballet barre. Tumbling Stretches and Balance movements in addition to Ballet moves and drills.

Second and Fourth Saturday 5:15-6pm
